I am a former NYSE, NASDAQ, and private company CEO. I am an experienced in addressing fiscal, management and operating disasters. I have been on the boards of multiple public and private companies and possess judgment and confidence based upon knowledge and experience. As a leader and board member, I have worked and led in every stage of company development. I have been part of going public, going private, successful private equity exits, and possess significant M&A experience as an executive, board member and advisor.
My team and I created over $1.5B in profitable revenue growth in a single company, built hundreds of millions of dollars in market cap and executed millions of dollars in cost reductions when required. I am a former NYSE, NASDAQ and private company CEO. I earned a BS in Business degree, a Juris Doctorate (JD) and Master’s degree in Global Management.
