To paraphrase Cardinal Robert Sarah in The Power of Silence,

Stillness is not an absence.

On the contrary, it is… the most intense of all presences…

Our blood flows through our veins without making any noise, and we can hear our heartbeats only in stillness…

In silence, your heart can listen.

I would add, “…and be heard.”
